What information do you need to get started?
I need an overview of your business, the system being implemented, your objectives, current project status and any existing plans or documents. We will confirm the scope during the initial assessment.
What is included in each package?
Basic reviews 1 implementation area. Standard supports 1 workstream with planning, tracking and reporting. Premium coordinates up to 2 workstreams, including stakeholder follow-ups and issue tracking. All packages include consultation hours.
Can you help if we do not have an implementation plan?
Yes. I can help establish a practical implementation plan, identify key activities, clarify responsibilities and organise project tracking within the agreed package scope. Complex projects may require a custom quote.
What format will the project documents be delivered in?
Documents and trackers are normally delivered in Microsoft Word, Excel or PDF, depending on the agreed scope. Deliverables may include implementation plans, action trackers, issue logs and progress reports.
What if my implementation project is more complex?
Please contact me before ordering. Projects involving multiple systems, complex integrations, extensive stakeholder coordination or longer implementation timelines may require a custom quotation.
Does this service include software development or technical configuration?
