FAQ
I’m not using QuickBooks Online. Can you help with another accounting software?
I specialize in and work exclusively with QuickBooks Online.
Do you work with businesses outside of the USA?
No, I only work with companies using the US edition of QBO with domestic banks.
Can you teach me to use QuickBooks?
I will do limited training for ongoing monthly clients, but I do not offer training as a stand-alone service.
Can you help me with my tax returns?
No, I do not do tax returns.
Can you help with a compilations/review/audit?
No, I do not do any form of compilations, reviews or audits. I do bookkeeping to help small business owners make good data-driven decisions.
Do you handle payroll?
I don’t process payroll, but I ensure payroll is recorded accurately from third-party providers such as Gusto, Paychex, or SurePayroll.
Do you work with Stripe?
I primarily support businesses using PayPal, ACH, or bank transfers. Stripe-heavy activity, especially Stripe lending or financing products, may not be a fit for this service.
Do you handle invoicing or accounts receivable?
I focus on bookkeeping and financial reporting. If you invoice clients outside of QuickBooks, I record payments accurately without duplicating invoices unless AR tracking is specifically requested.
What accounting method do you use?
Books are typically maintained on a cash basis unless otherwise requested by your CPA.
