FAQ
Which streaming software do you support?
I work with OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, and vMix. Please specify which application you use when placing your order.
Can you fix OBS Studio's black screen or audio problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot common capture, audio, microphone, and configuration issues. Some problems may require additional hardware or software.
Can you set up streaming for Twitch and YouTube?
Yes, subject to your account access and the selected software's capabilities. Multi-platform streaming sometimes require additional configuration or a third-party service.
Can you configure TikTok LIVE or Whatnot?
I can help with compatible workflows where your account and the platform permit them. Access to streaming keys, LIVE Studio, RTMP, or other broadcasting methods is not guaranteed for every account.
Can you set up live streaming for a church?
Yes. I can help configure cameras, microphones, presentation sources, scenes, and supported livestream destinations. More complex church broadcasting systems may require a custom quote.
What if my issue requires more work than the package includes?
I'll explain the additional work and agree on the scope and price with you before proceeding.
