What is included in your Basic Package?
Light edits to existing branding (not a full redesign) • Colour Palette with Hex Values, RGB, CMYK • Typography Guide (Fonts and settings) • Logo Usage Guidelines • Logo Minimum clear space • Do's & don'ts
What kind of edits are included in the Basic Package as part of the Refresh?
New or updated font selections ; Colour palette refinements and updates; Logo spacing or sizing tweaks or alignment adjustments & updated colours; Updated file exports (vector, PNG, etc.) once adjustments are complete.
Does the Basic Package include a full logo redesign?
Not quite. The Basic Package covers light logo refinements — small font, colour, or spacing tweaks. More extensive logo refreshes (like cleaning up or rebuilding the design) fall outside this scope and may include an added fee depending on complexity.

I need a logo and brand guide, but I need it sooner than the listed time - is this possible?
I am always happy to try and deliver sooner. However, please ensure to send me a message first outlining your deadline, to check that I have the capacity at the time to put your order to the front of the queue. Please note that rush orders are subject to an additional fee.
I see you only include ONE logo concept. Why only one?
Exploration is a major part of my process. Through brand strategy (Premium) and moodboard development, we’ll confirm the creative direction together before I move into design. This ensures the concept you receive is strong, aligned, intentional, and ready to refine into a final logo.
Can I request an additional logo concept?
Yes, you can request an additional logo concept. My process focuses on one strong concept to ensure quality and alignment with your brand strategy and moodboards. Additional concepts can be added for an extra fee—just let me know, and I can provide a quote.
