What is included in each package?
BASIC: 4–5 templates (feed + stories). STANDARD: 8–10 templates (feed + stories). PREMIUM: 8–10 feed templates + Instagram Highlight Covers. All designs are editable in Canva and use your brand colours.
Can I request custom dimensions or platforms?
Yes! Just let me know which platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and the required dimensions, and I’ll customize your templates accordingly.
Will the templates be editable?
Yes! All templates are fully editable in Canva so you can update text, images, and colours easily.
Can you design templates if I don’t have brand assets?
Yes — logos, fonts, and colour palettes can be added as an extra to ensure your templates match your brand. Please note this is an extra service with additional fees.
I need someone to design actual content, not just templates — can you do that?
Yes! I can create static content designs based on your provided material, not just templates. I also offer ongoing, hourly assistance to help with content creation and updates as your brand grows.
I can’t find a package that works for what I need — do you offer custom orders?
Yes! If none of the packages fit your needs, I can create a custom order tailored to your brand, content, and preferred templates. Please send me a message with your requirements, and I’ll provide a quote.
I need these designs quicker than the recommended Delivery Time. What can I do?
I am always happy to try and deliver sooner. However, please ensure to send me a message first outlining your deadline, to check that I have the capacity at the time to put your order to the front of the queue. Please note that rush orders are subject to an additional fee.
What information do I need to provide for my designs?
Once you place an order, you’ll be prompted to answer questions about your business and requirements. This covers most of the info I need to create your templates. If anything is missing, I’ll reach out for clarification.
