Are these drawings guaranteed to pass local permit review?
I draft all plans according to standard IRC guidelines and typical MO/KS city/county submittal criteria. If your local building department requests minor drafting adjustments during plan review, I will revise the drawings under your package revisions.
Do you provide wet or digital PE or Architectural Stamps?
This gig covers 2D CAD drafting and plan preparation. Most residential scopes (decks, additions, garages) in MO/KS do not require engineer stamps unless complex structural framing is involved. If a stamp is required by your municipality, please message me first.
What if I only have a hand sketch or GIS parcel map?
That is completely fine! You can provide a rough dimensioned sketch or an address parcel map, and I will construct a clean, scaled AutoCAD drawing from it.
