Will you change my original file?
No. I work on a copy. You keep your original, and the cleaned copy comes with a change log listing every edit.
Do I need to check the result?
Yes, please review the delivery before you import or use it. Anything I could not fix with certainty is marked CHECK for your decision.
What counts as a revision?
A fix within the agreed scope (for example a column format you wanted differently). New files, new columns or new tasks are a new order or an extra.
What data can't you accept?
SSNs or tax IDs, card or bank numbers, passwords, medical or health records, and financial account records. Please remove them before sending. Normal business contact lists and product lists are fine.
How is my data handled?
Files are used only for your order and deleted 14 days after delivery. I never share or reuse your data.
Do you use automation or AI?
Yes. Cleaning runs on tested automated scripts, then every delivery is quality-checked by hand.
Can you prepare my file for Shopify, HubSpot, Mailchimp, MailerLite or QuickBooks?
Yes, that's the Import-Ready package. Send a sample of the target template if you have one.
Do you do calls?
No. Fiverr chat only, so everything is in writing.
What's included?
We remove repeat entries, fix spacing and capital letters, split full names or addresses into separate columns, and make dates look the same. Basic: up to 500 rows in 24 hours. Bigger files take 2-3 days.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package lists its revisions. A revision means fixing or adjusting what we agreed on. New tasks or extra files are a new order or an add-on.
