Need a website chatbot that answers FAQs and captures leads without a heavy SaaS subscription?

I build rule-based chatbots for websites (and Telegram). Typical setup:

- Floating chat widget on your site

- FAQ answers for pricing, contact, hours, shipping, etc.

- Multi-step lead form (name, email, phone, need)

- Store leads + CSV export for you

- Slack webhook notify when a new lead comes in

- Optional owner alert via WhatsApp API / Telegram

What I need from you

- Your site (or a staging URL) and where the widget should sit

- FAQ list (or I draft from your site copy)

- Lead fields you want

- Slack webhook URL (and WhatsApp/Telegram credentials if you want owner alerts)

What this is not

- Not a full WhatsApp Business inbox for customers (that needs Meta approval + a BSP). WhatsApp here means owner alerts via API if you already have a provider.

- Not a giant LLM chatbot this is reliable rule-based flows you control.
