No. Government, registered-agent and expedited-processing fees are separate because they vary by state. I will confirm the applicable fee before filing.
Can you transfer my LLC to a new owner?
Yes. I can assist with the ownership-transfer documentation, membership interest assignment, state filing where required and an updated operating agreement. Please contact me before ordering because requirements vary by state and transaction.
How long will the amendment take?
My delivery time covers document preparation and submission. Final approval depends on the Secretary of State’s processing time. Expedited processing may be available in some states for an additional government fee.
What documents do you need from me?
I normally need your formation document, EIN letter if relevant, current operating agreement, requested changes, member or manager details and access or authorization required for the state filing. I will send you a clear checklist after ordering.
