About this Gig
This gig is for new and experienced healthcare workers (Non-MD) looking for a custom, ATS optimized resume, tailored to your experience and background.
I take a method-based approach to understanding the assets and risks of your resume, and then work with you to rebuild it in a way that works for you, the ATS, and the recruiters.
What you get:
- ATS-optimized resume rebuilt around your target roles and narrative
- Matching cover letter
- Word + PDF + Google Doc files
- Full rebuild of your content and design for both profile match and any risks or flags that might be tripping the system
How it works:
1. You send your current resume and target roles and I review for any inconsistencies
2. I work with you to identify any missing content, and review any design / narrative changes. (Standard and Premium does this in a 1-on-1 discovery call for complex cases like career changers, high risks, or anyone unsure of their direction. Basic does this via email--for folks sure of their direction and with simpler cases)
4. Final files delivered in 3-5 days
5. Two final revisions for details

Do you identify risks or issues in my resume, or just rewrite what I have?
This is a full-service gig that includes rebuilding and rewriting all content from scratch, including removing negative-value content, and working with you to identify missing high-value pieces. This gig also includes technical and support and after delivery support in case any errors were made.
Are your resumes ATS compliant?
Yes. Every resume I deliver is optimized and built for both the Applicant Tracking System, which is sensitive to complex design and keyword accuracy, as well as human recruiters, who tend to prefer designs that flow better with their review process, and content that’s both narrative and fact-filled
What if my resume doesn’t work? Do you offer followup support?
When I deliver every order, I invite my clients to reach out if they’re having any issues, and I’ll troubleshoot it and repair any mistakes at no cost. My goal isn’t just to deliver a document but to ensure it helps you land and repair any mistakes at no cost.
How does LinkedIn optimization work?
I provide a report with specific recommendations on content, settings, and activity to change with the content to change it with. This helps remove red flags, improve visibility, and enhance your ability to receive reachouts from recruiters hiring for target roles without needing login process.
What formats will I receive?
I deliver a PDF for immediate use, a Word Doc for editing, and a Google Docs link for easy collaboration and use.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, I reserve five discounted slots (20% off) each month for those facing layoffs or financial hardship. If this fits, just let me know and no questions asked or proof needed.
Do you have hiring and writing experience with federal resumes?
I spent the first half of my recruiting career hiring for USAID, FEMA, and DHS. Using that, and my private sector experience, I have helped over 100 folks transition into and out of federal roles.
