I help SaaS founders and small teams fix, modernize, and ship Ruby on Rails applications.
I am not a junior Rails developer. I work end-to-end on Rails plus DevOps: AWS (ECS, RDS, S3), Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, SSO/SAML, OAuth, Stripe, and Rails 8. I have shipped production Rails apps integrated with React and Next.js frontends.

FAQ
Which Rails versions do you support?
Rails 5, 6, 7, and 8. I have done multiple version upgrades, including 5/6 to 7 and 7 to 8. If you are unsure of your current version, send me your Gemfile and I will check.
Where can you deploy my Rails app?
AWS (ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2), Render, Fly.io, and Heroku. I set up CI/CD, environment variables, database, and SSL. For AWS I can also use Terraform if you want infrastructure as code.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to the repo (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket), a short description of the problem, any error messages or screenshots, and the deployment target if relevant. For SSO or Stripe work, also the docs of the provider you want to integrate.
Do you offer monthly maintenance after the project?
Yes. After we ship the first task, many clients move to a monthly retainer covering bug fixes, minor features, dependency upgrades, and on-call support. We can scope this once you have seen how I work. Message me to discuss pricing.
What is out of scope for these packages?
Full new SaaS builds from scratch, UI/UX design, copywriting, and projects requiring access to production payment data or customer PII without a contract. For these, please message me first and we can scope a custom offer.
What happens if the bug is harder than expected?
I will tell you within 24 hours of inspecting the code. If the work is larger than the package, I will give you a clear quote for the extra scope and you decide. I do not silently increase delivery time or do invisible work.
