I will design streetwear tech packs with real vintage wash fabric specifications

About this gig
Acid wash is a chemical reaction, NOT a print. Generic designs fail in production because they lack real material data. I am Kenji Arch, a Supply Chain Architect. I don't just draw; I engineer streetwear using specific Heavyweight French Terry (420g+) optimized for Enzyme/PP washing.
THE KENJI DIFFERENCE:
- Real Specs: My Tech Packs include the exact GSM & composition needed for the wash.
- Shrinkage Control: I adjust grading to account for 5-8% vintage wash shrinkage.
- Physical Proof: I access actual fabrics used by top streetwear brands.
PACKAGES:
- Basic ($40) - Visual Concept High-Res Mockup with realistic Acid/Vintage effect. Best for: Lookbooks / Social Media.
- Standard ($80) - Factory Ready Professional Tech Pack + BOM + Specific Fabric Recommendation. Best for: Actual Production.
- Premium ($160) - The "Real Touch" Everything in Standard + I ship a physical fabric swatch of the washed fabric to your studio. (Shipping fee collected separately via FedEx).

FAQ
Will my factory understand your Tech Pack?
Absolutely. My Tech Packs are not just sketches; they are industrial blueprints. They include accurate measurements, BOM (Bill of Materials), Pantone TCX codes, and specific washing instructions (e.g., "Enzyme Wash 45 mins") that Chinese/Vietnam factories understand perfectly.
Can you ship the actual fabric swatch to me?
Yes! This is my unique advantage. If you order the Premium Package or the "Ship Swatch" Extra, I will cut a physical sample (Header) of the recommended acid wash fabric and ship it to your studio via FedEx/DHL.
Why do I need specific fabric for Acid/Vintage Wash?
Not all cotton can handle the chemical reaction. Standard cotton will tear or look "muddy." I specify Heavyweight French Terry (usually 380g-520g) with the correct yarn twist and reactive dyeing base to ensure the wash effect looks luxury, not cheap.
How do you handle shrinkage caused by heavy washing?
Heavy washing causes 8-12% shrinkage. In my Standard/Premium Tech Packs, I include a "Pre-Shrunk" grading allowance in the measurements, so your garment fits correctly AFTER the wash process.
I have a photo of a specific vintage hoodie. Can you match the wash?
Yes. Send me the photo. I will reverse-engineer the look by identifying the base fabric color and the chemical spray method needed to replicate that specific vintage texture.
