No. Basic is a paid diagnosis: I will attempt to reproduce the issue, identify the likely cause, and provide a fixed repair quote. Choose Standard only when one plugin failure is already clearly reproducible.
2. What information do you need to begin?
The plugin name and version, WordPress and PHP versions, the exact error text with private data removed, and the steps that reproduce the problem. After the order is confirmed, plugin files can be provided through Fiverr.
3. What counts as one plugin failure?
One failure means one reproducible symptom in one plugin and its directly affected workflow. Separate or unrelated problems may require the Premium package or a separate quote.
4. Do you need access to my live website?
Not initially. I work from the plugin files and reproduction details in an isolated test environment. Do not send passwords, hosting credentials, API keys, customer data, or a production database.
5. Is every plugin problem repairable?
No repair can be guaranteed before diagnosis. If the issue cannot be reproduced, is outside the plugin, requires a rewrite, or is otherwise out of scope, I will clearly explain the finding and next options.
