What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need temporary Google Workspace Admin access and the user details, including names, desired email addresses, license type, groups, and any specific access requirements.
Is my Google Workspace data secure?
Yes. I only use the access you provide to complete the requested work. Once the order is finished, you can remove my admin access immediately.
Do you enable MFA for new users?
Yes. Basic 2-Step Verification (MFA) is included in all packages. More advanced security settings are available as an add-on.
Can you add more users than what’s included in the package?
Yes. You can purchase the “Add Users” extra to include additional users beyond the package limit.
What if I’m not sure which Google Workspace license to assign?
I can recommend the appropriate license based on user roles, but the licenses must already be available in your tenant.
Can you configure aliases, groups, and app access?
Yes. Email aliases, Google Groups, and app access (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, etc.) are included as part of user provisioning.
Do you support Shared Drives or special access?
Yes. If users need access to Shared Drives or specific Google services, you can include those details when submitting your requirements.
Can you complete the setup the same day?
If you need faster turnaround, you can select the Extra Fast Delivery option during checkout.
What happens if changes are needed after users are created?
Your package includes revisions. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, you can add extra hours or request a custom offer.
Do you provide ongoing Google Workspace administration?
Yes. If you need recurring user management or ongoing admin support, I can provide a custom offer for continued services.
