When does the delivery countdown timer officially start?
The gig delivery timer starts only after I physically receive your product at my location. Please do not order until the package is shipped and tracking is active, or message me first so I can send a custom offer once it arrives!
Do you return the products after filming?
By default, products are kept as part of the creator's fee. However, if you need the product returned, you must provide a pre-paid return shipping label and package along with the product.
Do your packages include paid ad usage rights?
My Premium package includes 30 days of paid ad usage rights. If you need extended usage rights (3 months, 6 months, or perpetual), please select the "Commercial Usage" extra during checkout or message me for a custom quote.
Can you film in a commercial gym or public tech space?
Yes! For on-site filming at a public gym, outdoor fitness park, or local tech workspace, please add the "Location Fee" gig extra to cover travel, entry fees, and setup time.
Do you write the video scripts, or do I provide them?
