Do you return products?
Products are kept by default as they are often unboxed, assembled, or used during the filming process. If you need the product returned, you must provide a pre-paid return shipping label and notify me before placing the order.
Does the delivery time include shipping?
No. The Fiverr delivery countdown timer does not begin until I physically receive your product at my home. Please send me the tracking number as soon as you ship the item so I can prepare for your project.
What equipment and lighting do you use?
I shoot all content in 1080p or 4K resolution using iPhone 17 Pro MAX. I primarily utilize bright, natural daylight to give the videos an authentic, lifestyle feel, supplemented by professional film studio lights and softboxes.
Do you offer advanced professional shooting or Podcast style?
I also offer 8K resolution using a Cinema Camera. I primarily utilize professional lighting and audio equipment for podcasts for serious professional work.
Can you provide custom script writing or voiceovers?
Yes! My Standard and Premium packages include concept development and text overlays/voiceovers. If you have a strict, pre-written script you need me to read word-for-word, please send it over during our initial message so I can review it.
What happens if I need a revision?
Revisions are included in the Standard (1) and Premium (2) packages. Revisions cover editing tweaks, text changes, or adjusting background music. Revisions do not cover completely re-filming the video unless I made a mistake that deviated from our agreed-upon project brief.
Are paid advertising rights included?
My packages include standard organic usage rights (for your brand's social media pages and website). If you intend to run the video as a paid ad (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC), please message me so we can add a custom commercial usage extension to your order.
