Need a functional design for your house or villa?
I provide residential architectural planning, floor plans, exterior concepts, 3D modeling and visualization. I am a Civil & Industrial Construction Engineer with architectural and building design experience since 2019.
BASIC: Up to 100 m2 total floor area, 1 floor, 1 dimensioned floor plan. PDF/JPG.
STANDARD: Up to 200 m2 total, 2 floors, 2 floor plans, facade concept, 3D model and 1 exterior render. PDF/DWG/SKP.
PREMIUM: Up to 300 m2 total, 3 floors, 3 floor plans, 4 elevations, 3D model and 3 exterior renders. PDF/DWG/SKP.
Each package includes one design concept. Revisions: 1/2/3; delivery: 3/5/7 days respectively.
I can work from site dimensions, sketches, PDFs, CAD files and reference images. My focus is practical space planning, clear drawings and organized deliverables.
Please message me before ordering larger or complex projects. Permit approval, professional stamping, structural calculations and MEP design are not included.

What information do you need to start?
Please provide project location, site/building dimensions, number of floors, required rooms, preferred style, any local design restrictions, and existing drawings or reference images if available.
Can you work from a sketch, PDF or existing floor plan?
Yes. I can develop a residential design from hand sketches, PDFs, CAD drawings, reference images or an existing concept. Please provide accurate dimensions and your requirements.
Which files will I receive?
Basic includes PDF/JPG floor plans. Standard and Premium include PDF drawings, editable DWG drawings, a SketchUp SKP model and JPG renders. Standard includes 1 exterior render; Premium includes 3.
What is considered a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the agreed design concept. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. A complete redesign or major change to the original requirements needs a separately agreed scope and price.
Do you provide permit or stamped drawings?
This Gig covers residential architectural concepts and visualization. Permit approval, professional stamping, structural calculations and MEP design are not included. Local compliance and approvals must be handled with the appropriate qualified professionals.
Can you design a larger house or villa?
Yes, please message me before ordering a larger or complex project so I can assess the scope. Package area limits are total floor area across all floors: approximately 100/200/300 m2, with up to 1/2/3 floors respectively.
