About this gig
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. This bot answers them right away, shows your menu or product list, takes the order and sends you a clear summary on your own phone.
It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta, not on unofficial tools that can get your number banned.
What the bot does:
- Welcome message with buttons
- Web menu: the customer picks items in a cart and the order arrives on WhatsApp
- Order summary sent to you or your staff
- Messages the bot can't answer are forwarded to you; you reply from your phone and the customer receives it from the bot number
- Orders saved and downloadable as an Excel (CSV) list
- Delivery rules: minimum order, delivery fee, free delivery limit
- Bot texts in the language you want
What I need from you: your menu or product list, access to your Meta Business account (I guide you step by step) and a phone number that is not registered on the WhatsApp app.
Meta charges small per-message fees above a free monthly amount. They are billed to your own card, not through me.

Do I need a server?
Yes, a small Linux VPS (about $5 a month) is enough. I install the bot and set up HTTPS, and I can recommend a provider.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone with the same number?
No. The official API needs a number that is not registered on the WhatsApp app. Most businesses use a second number for orders.
Who pays Meta's fees?
You do, on your own Meta account. Customer service replies are free up to 1,000 messages a month per number; above that, small per-message fees apply depending on the country.
