In the time that I have worked on this project I have improved the index of immediate response, improved the information for guests in the instructions both for their check-in and for the check-inout giving detailed information as the previous instructions were not very clear and also in updating certain information required for hosting, It also often happens that guests do not read the general instructions in the ad for example whether there is parking or the entry and exit times to the apartments, or what amenities are available for them.
