I clean CSV data with a tested quality workflow. You receive a cleaned CSV, a separate flagged-rows file, and a clear summary, not a silently edited spreadsheet.
I can apply exact duplicate handling, consistent headers, trimmed spaces, date and number formatting, standard labels, required-field checks, and validation rules you provide.
Every package includes:
- a separate cleaned CSV while your source stays unchanged
- a flagged-rows CSV when values cannot be corrected safely
- source, cleaned and flagged row counts
- a clear summary of every rule applied
Standard can combine matching files. Premium adds a self-contained HTML quality report with validation totals.
I do not invent missing facts or silently discard ambiguous rows. Send only files you are authorised to share and remove unnecessary personal, financial, medical or confidential data.
Not included: Excel workbooks, PDFs, research, enrichment, scraping, APIs, databases, dashboards, formulas, macros or ongoing data entry.
If your files exceed a package limit or use different columns, send a sanitised sample before ordering so the scope can be reviewed.

What file type do you accept?
This first Gig accepts CSV files only. Use UTF-8 where possible and tell me if the delimiter, encoding or decimal convention is unusual.
How do you decide which rows are duplicates?
You identify the column or combination of columns that defines a duplicate. If the correct rule is unclear, I flag the records instead of guessing.
Will you fill in missing information?
Only when you provide an explicit rule or source value. Otherwise, missing or ambiguous values are kept and flagged for review.
Can you combine several files?
Standard and Premium can combine files when their columns and meanings match. Files with different schemas need review before an order.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the delivered output when an agreed rule was not applied correctly. New files, new columns, new rules or a changed target format are new scope.
Do you guarantee perfect accuracy?
No. I use documented rules, exception reporting and row-count checks so the result can be reviewed. I do not claim that missing or ambiguous source data becomes objectively correct.
Can I send sensitive data?
Please anonymise unnecessary personal information. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical data, private credentials or data you are not authorised to share.
