What Azure services do you cover?

How many users can you set up in each package?
Basic covers up to 10 users, Standard up to 20, and Premium up to 30, all single tenant. Need more than 30 or a multi site setup? Message me for a custom quote.
Does wait time such as downloads, syncing, or provisioning count toward my hours?
No. Only active, hands on work is billed against your included hours. Passive time like license provisioning or sync processes running in the background does not count against you, even if I am monitoring it.
What happens if my setup takes longer than the included hours?
Additional time is billed at 65 dollars per hour. If I expect the job to run significantly over the package scope, I will flag it before continuing so there are no surprises.
