I will cover your dutch customer inbox during sick leave or holidays
About this Gig
Someone off sick? On holiday? Black Friday about to hit? Your Dutch inbox doesn't pause, and "we'll get back to you next week" costs you the customer.
I step in for a few days or a few weeks and keep it running. Orders, deliveries, returns, complaints and the follow-up when something goes wrong answered in proper Dutch, in your tone, under your brand.
What I take off your hands: - Incoming customer emails and chats - Order, delivery and return questions - Complaint handling and follow-up - Dutch reply templates for the questions that keep coming back
How it works: I'm on Central European Time, available from 13:00 CET on weekdays and all day at weekends. Weekends cost you nothing extra your customers don't stop ordering on Saturday. Your inbox is empty before you start the next morning.
You don't need to give me system access. Forward the messages, I send the replies back, you paste them in. Or add me to your helpdesk, whichever you prefer. Background: native Dutch, and I've handled high-volume Dutch and English customer contact for an international retailer. Real customers, real problems. Tell me what's coming up and I'll tell you if I can cover it.

FAQ
Do I have to give you access to my systems?
Only if you want to. I can work from a shared inbox or helpdesk, or you can forward messages to me and I'll send the replies back for you to send. Whatever you're comfortable with.
What if I don't know the answer to a customer's question?
I'll come back to you rather than guess. Anything I'm unsure about gets flagged instead of answered.
Can you handle complaints?
Yes. Complaints are where support actually matters. I've handled returns, delivery problems and unhappy customers for an international retailer, and I know the difference between a reply that closes a case and one that makes it worse.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, and evenings. I'm in Central European Time, the same working day as your Dutch and Belgian customers.
