I can train your IT staff one-on-one or in a group on Cisco equipment including CUCM, CUBE, routers, switches. I can go through your own equipment with your staff to explain the configuration, go over how to configure things and explain best practices, etc. Or, I can go over some general training material to give your employees a good base knowledge of the theory of how the equipment works.

Total cost is based on how deep you want the training to go and how long the training takes. I can provide this over Webex or in person (need to include travel costs for this).
