Do I need to give you access to my Airbnb account?
No. I deliver everything as a paste-ready document. If you'd rather I apply the changes myself, add me as a co-host temporarily and remove me when we're done.
Do you work with listings outside the US?
Yes. The conversion principles are the same in every market, and PriceLabs covers comparable listings worldwide.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 round, Standard 2, Premium 3. I want the copy to sound like you, so feedback is welcome.
Can you take new photos or stage the property?
For properties in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Collier), yes. Professional photography and staging are available as extras, message me for a quote. For all other markets, I'll give you a shot list and staging notes so a local photographer can do it in one visit.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your listing link, a few details about the property and your typical guest, and your main goal (more bookings, higher nightly rate, or better reviews). You'll be asked for these right after ordering.
