Can you write documentation for a SaaS product you have never used before?
Yes. I work from your product link, feature notes, screenshots, and any recordings you share. Most clients provide a short brief or a Loom walkthrough. You do not need to give me live product access to get started, though it helps when available.
Can you write developer-facing documentation?
Yes. My computer science background means I am comfortable writing API references, SDK guides, integration walkthroughs, and developer tutorials. I understand the difference in tone and structure between end-user docs and developer docs.
Can you rewrite or improve existing documentation?
Yes. Share your existing docs and tell me what is not working — too long, too technical, missing steps, or outdated — and I will revise them. Rewrites are available as a custom order if your project falls outside the standard packages.
Can you work from screenshots, Loom videos, or rough notes?
Yes. Send me whatever you have — bullet points, screenshots, a Loom video, a rough outline, or even a voice note — and I will turn it into clean, structured documentation.
Do you include SEO optimization?
SEO titles and meta descriptions are included in the Standard and Premium packages. I incorporate your target keywords naturally into the content without stuffing. For the Basic package, SEO meta copy is available as an add-on.
Do you write in US English or UK English?
Both. Specify your preference in the order requirements. I default to US English if no preference is given.
What formatting do you deliver?
Fully formatted content ready to publish. Depending on your platform I deliver Markdown, HTML, or Google Docs with proper heading structure — ready to paste into Intercom, Zendesk, GitBook, Notion, or Confluence.
Can you build a documentation structure from scratch?
Yes. If you have no existing structure, I can propose a table of contents and article hierarchy for your help center before writing begins. This is included in the Premium package and available as a custom add-on for other tiers.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product or website link, a description of your target user, the goal of the documentation, and any existing materials you have — notes, screenshots, or recordings. The more context you provide, the faster and smoother the process.
