Can you write for Vrbo, Booking.com or my own website too?
Yes. The same copy works on Vrbo, Booking.com and direct booking sites. Tell me where it will go and I'll adjust the length and wording for each platform.
Will this guarantee more bookings?
No one can honestly guarantee that. Bookings depend on price, photos, reviews and demand. I focus on the parts I can improve: clarity, search keywords and guest trust.
How are pricing suggestions made?
I compare similar listings near you (size, type, dates) by hand and suggest a weekday, weekend and minimum-stay range. You decide what to apply.
Do you offer a discount for several listings?
Yes. For 3 or more listings, message me first and I'll send a custom offer with a lower price per listing.
Will this help my listing rank higher?
Clear titles and descriptions with the words guests search for help search match your listing and get more clicks. I can't promise a ranking, since Airbnb also weighs reviews, price and response rate, but better copy is one of the easiest things to fix.
