Hi, I'm Kevin, an iOS app maker based in Paris. I design App Store screenshots and App Preview videos with ScreenLab, a Mac app I built for my own apps. Five of my apps use it, and all five App Previews passed Apple review. Will my App Preview be accepted by Apple?
I follow Apple's App Preview specs and guidelines, and all five previews in my own apps passed review. Final approval is Apple's decision; if a reviewer asks for a change to the video, I adjust it at no extra cost.
What does Number of screenshots mean in the packages?
In Basic and Standard it is the number of app screens featured in the video. In the Full App Store Kit you also receive 10 App Store screenshots for iPhone and iPad, in the same 5 languages as the videos.
Can I get one video per language?
Yes. Basic includes 1 language, Standard 2 and the Full App Store Kit 5. Each extra language is one more version for every device in your package. Captions are written natively in English or French, other languages AI-assisted and checked.
Can my preview be longer than 30 seconds or have a voice-over?
Apple limits previews to 15-30 seconds, but you can show up to 3 per device and language: extra previews are available as a custom offer on request. Previews autoplay muted, so I rely on captions. Send me a voice-over file and I will sync it (custom offer on request).
Which sizes and formats do you deliver?
iPhone 886x1920, accepted by App Store Connect for all current iPhone slots including iPhone Duo, and iPad 1200x1600 from Standard. 15-30 s, 30 fps, H.264 MP4 with stereo audio. Landscape on request.
