About this Gig
An AI roadmap for your marketing team, from someone who has actually built one.
I designed and shipped an AI system inside a Fortune 500 company's APAC marketing function: a signal-to-activation layer that unifies intent data, campaign and CRM history, and approved messaging into one governed view, producing account plays and draft assets with human review. Built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI, entered for a Forrester AI award.
This gig applies those lessons to your team, at your scale.
What you get:
- Where AI pays off first: your marketing workflows mapped, with use cases ranked by value and effort
- A sequenced roadmap: tools, owners, governance and guardrails, in the order that compounds
- What to skip: the AI purchases that waste budget, and the failure modes that kill adoption
How it works: short intake, working call, I build the roadmap, we review together, I refine.
Best for: marketing leaders and founders with a team of 2 to 50 who want AI working in the function, without betting the budget on hype.
Every recommendation names the reasoning, the cost, and the catch.

FAQ
Do you build the AI tools for us?
I design the roadmap, select the tools, and specify the pilots; your team or a developer implements. For Premium buyers I design the first two pilots in enough detail that implementation is not invention.
We already use ChatGPT/ Claude. Is this still useful?
That's the most common starting point I see: individual usage without a system. The roadmap turns scattered personal use into organisational context flowing into workflows with governance, quality control and measurable output, which is where the actual ROI lives.
Which tools do you recommend?
Whatever fits your stack and budget; I've built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI and work across ChatGPT, Claude and the marketing-specific layer. I don't resell anything, so the recommendations have no commission behind them.
What's the difference between packages?
Basic tells you where AI pays off in your function and what to do first. Standard adds the full sequenced roadmap with tools and governance. Premium adds two designed pilots, a team enablement plan, an ROI model, and 30 days of follow-up.
