I will review your b2b marketing strategy on a video call
Marketing Strategy, GTM, ABM for B2B Tech with 20 years intl across F500, SaaS
About this Gig
Get a senior marketer's eyes on your strategy before you spend more money executing it.
I've spent 20+ years leading B2B marketing for Fortune 500 telecoms and global SaaS firms across North America, Asia Pacific, India : market entries, product launches, ABM programmes, and marketing ROI lifted from $0.80 to $6.50 per dollar spent.
This gig gives you direct access to that judgment without a retainer.
What you get:
- A video session where we work through your marketing strategy, plan, or deck
- Straight answers on what's working, what's missing, and what to fix first
- A written action note after the call, so the advice survives the meeting
- To make the session count, share your material in advance along with context: industry, target geography, budget, growth objectives, and current realities.
Best for founders and SMB marketing leads preparing a launch, a new market, or a budget decision.
If you need the strategy built rather than reviewed, see my marketing strategy and go-to-market gigs, or message me and we'll scope it.

FAQ
What should I share before the call?
Your strategy, plan or deck in whatever state it exists, plus a few lines of context: industry, target market, budget, growth goals, and what's actually happening in the business right now. Rough documents are fine; I'm reviewing your thinking, it would be good to get accurate than polished ones.
I don't have a written plan yet. Can I still book?
Yes. Send the context above and we'll use the hour to pressure-test the strategy in your head and structure it. If what you actually need is the plan built for you, my marketing strategy gig does that, and I'll tell you on the call if that's the better spend.
What happens after the call?
Within two days you get a one-page action note: what's working, the gaps, and what to fix first, in priority order. It's written so you can forward it to your team or co-founder as is. There's a sample in the gig gallery.
