Who is this for?
Online stores and product brands sending email through Klaviyo or another email platform, with at least a few months of sending. Not for cold email, purchased lists or bulk blasts.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Flow Audit looks at your automations. Flows and Campaigns adds your campaigns. Full Deliverability adds what decides whether your emails reach the inbox.
What do I receive?
A written report: the risks, blockers and opportunities I find, why each matters, and what to look at first. A 30-minute walkthrough call can be added as an extra.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your email platform, such as a Klaviyo read-only API key or a team seat. No passwords, and I change nothing during the audit.
Which email platforms do you audit?
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, MailerLite, Brevo, Kit and ActiveCampaign. Klaviyo gives the most complete picture; on other platforms some numbers depend on what they share.
Do you build the flows or write the emails?
No. This is an audit. You or your team act on the findings; a strategy session helps if you want to plan the changes together.
My list is very large. Does this fit?
Up to 25,000 contacts and 8 flows are included. Message me with the size of your account first, and I will tell you whether this gig fits or a custom offer is needed.
Will you see my customers' data?
The audit reads totals and rates per flow and campaign. I do not export or store your contacts, and you can remove the access as soon as the report is delivered.
Can you fix my deliverability?
Not in this gig. The report shows what puts your emails at risk and what to change first, such as missing DNS records; your domain host or developer makes the changes.
Are results guaranteed?
No. The audit shows what I find in your account and what to look at first. What you change, and how your emails perform after, stays with you and your team.
