FAQ
Will my email be down during migration?
No. Staged background moves, MX cutover at the end. Typical interruption: none.
How long does it take?
Under 10 mailboxes: 3 days. Larger: 5-7 days with DNS and validation. Timeline confirmed after your mailbox inventory.
Will I lose emails or folders?
No. Message counts, folders and contacts verified against the source. Source data kept until you confirm.
Do you reconfigure Outlook on my devices?
Step-by-step guidance included; remote reconfiguration assistance in Standard and Premium.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
DNS records proving your emails are legitimate. Without them, you land in spam. Configured in every migration, included.
