How realistic will the virtual furniture look?
Furniture is sized to the room's actual dimensions, not dropped in at a guess. Perspective is matched to your camera's angle, and shadows follow the light already in the photo. Can you stage a room that already has furniture in it?
Yes. If the room already has furniture, I'll remove what's there and restage it properly. Same goes for clutter, personal photos, and items the seller doesn't want in frame. It takes a little longer than a genuinely empty room, so send me the photo first and I'll confirm scope and which package fits
Can you stage a whole listing so every room matches?
This is the part most staging misses. Order room by room and you get six rooms that look like six different houses. Send me the whole listing and I'll work from a single design brief, so the furniture, palette and styling carry through every shot. The Standard and Premium packages are built for this
What's your turnaround, and can you rush it?
Standard delivery is on the package. Rush is available as an extra and I'll confirm it before you order rather than after. If your listing goes live on a specific day, tell me the date in your first message. I would rather turn down a deadline I can't hit than miss one you're counting on.
Do you work with real estate photographers and agencies?
Yes, and you're my favourite kind of client.
