I will decode your city plan check corrections into an action plan

About this gig
Got a correction letter from the city? Don't panic get a plan.
Your permit wasn't rejected. The city just sent you a list of fixes in code language nobody understands. That's where I come in.
I'm an architect who works with plan check corrections every day. Send me your correction letter (plan check comments, deficiency notice, or completeness review) and I'll turn it into a clear, step-by-step fix-it roadmap:
*Every comment translated into plain English
*What each comment actually requires redraw, add a note, or just respond
*Priority ranking: what's critical vs. what's a 5-minute fix
*Code sections explained (Standard & Premium)
*Comments that may be wrong or negotiable flagged (yes, plan checkers make mistakes)
Who this is for: homeowners, contractors, permit expeditors, and investors stuck mid-permit and unsure what the city wants.
Why me: I read these letters the way plan checkers write them. No guessing, no wasted resubmittals each failed round costs you weeks.
Stop staring at that letter. Upload it and let's get your permit moving.
Note: This gig provides review and consulting. Drawings requiring a licensed stamp must be sealed by your local licensed professional.

FAQ
Will you fix the drawings too?
This gig is the diagnosis — the roadmap. If you want the fixes done, I offer drawing revisions and formal response letters as separate gigs (or as a custom offer after your roadmap). Most buyers start here so they know exactly what they're paying for before revising anything.
Do you work with all US cities?
Yes. I work with IRC/IBC-based codes used across the US, plus state amendments (California CBC/CRC, Florida FBC, etc.) and local zoning codes. Just tell me your jurisdiction.
My letter has 40+ comments. Which package do I need?
Premium covers unlimited comments. If you're unsure, message me with the letter before ordering and I'll recommend the right package — no charge.
Can you talk to the city on my behalf?
I don't represent applicants directly, but my Premium roadmap arms you (or your expeditor) with exactly what to say, cite, and submit.
What if a correction is wrong?
It happens more than you'd think. I flag comments that conflict with the actual code text and give you the citation to push back with — sometimes a comment disappears with one well-written paragraph instead of a redraw.
Are you licensed? Can you stamp my plans?
I'm a trained architect providing review and consulting services. Where your jurisdiction requires a licensed stamp, that must come from a professional licensed in your state — I'll tell you in the roadmap whether your fixes need one.
Is my project information confidential?
Absolutely. Your plans and letters are never shared, and I can redact addresses from any samples.
