What do we need from you to get started?
To begin, we'll need your property address or lot dimensions, any existing drawings or surveys you have, and a brief description of your project goals (new build, addition, renovation, etc.). If you're not sure what you have, send what you've got and we'll guide you from there.
Can you create plans from rough sketches or ideas?
Yes. Many of our clients start with hand sketches, reference photos, or even a verbal description of what they want. We'll turn that into professional, dimensioned drawings ready for permit submittal.
Will the drawings meet local building codes?
All drawings are prepared in accordance with applicable building codes for your jurisdiction. We recommend confirming any project-specific zoning requirements with your local building department, as code requirements can vary by city and county.
What if I need revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see package details). If your submittal comes back with reviewer comments, we also offer one round of redline corrections at no extra cost.
Can you handle urgent or fast-track projects?
Yes, rush delivery is available as an add-on. Message us with your deadline before ordering and we'll confirm turnaround time and any rush fee.
