I don't have a survey or existing plot plan. Can you still help?
Yes. I can work from your property's public parcel data (GIS), your deed dimensions, and your measurements. The more accurate info you give me, the more accurate the plan — and I'll tell you upfront if your city will require a survey.
Will this be accepted by my city?
I format to standard planning-department requirements and to your city's checklist if you provide one. Send me any sample or checklist your city offers and I'll match it.
Can you add floor plans or elevations too?
This gig covers the site/plot plan. I offer floor plans, elevations, and full permit sets as separate gigs — message me and I'll bundle a custom offer.
How accurate are the dimensions?
As accurate as the source data you provide. From a survey or recorded plat, they're precise. From measurements and parcel data, they're a close scaled representation — I'll note the source on the drawing.
What file format do I get?
PDF ready for printing/submission by default. Need CAD (DWG) or a specific size? Add it as a gig extra or let me know.
Can you do commercial properties?
Yes, though larger or complex commercial sites may need a custom quote — message me first with the details.
