It uses GPT and RAG to understand natural language and pull real answers from your business data, so customers can type however they want and still get accurate answers.
Q: Can the chatbot take real orders or bookings?
Yes. In Standard and Premium packages, the bot collects order or booking details and sends them to you automatically.
Q: Which platforms can the chatbot work on?
Website chat widget, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook Messenger. Instagram can be added since it runs on the same Meta system as Facebook.
Q: Do I own the chatbot after delivery?
Yes, you receive full source code and own everything. You may need your own OpenAI API key for ongoing usage, which has its own small usage cost from OpenAI, separate from my fee.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 4 days, Standard 6 days, Premium 10 days. Fast delivery is available as an add-on.
Q: What if I need a feature not listed in the packages?

Premium includes 30 days of post-launch support. Basic and Standard buyers can add extra support days as a gig extra.

Yes. Your chatbot needs to stay hosted on a live server 24/7 to keep working. This costs $15/month, which covers server hosting and uptime monitoring on my end. This is separate from any OpenAI API usage costs, which are billed directly to you by OpenAI based on your message volume.
