I'm a professional Planning Engineer with 12 years of experience in Project Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling of High Rise Building Projects. By using PRIMAVERA P6. Im providing the Detailed Baseline Program, including the following:

1. Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
2. I will create a GANTT CHART (BAR CHART) for activities and WBS, Resource 
3. Activity with wonderful ID and Name.
4. Activity relationship with predecessor & successor.
5. Create resources with or without price from your BOQ and assign them to activities.
6. Creation of expenses from your BOQ and assign to activities.
7. Provide CASH FLOW or S-CURVE on Excel taking data from P6.

Data Required from you to Enable Me for Proceeding a Detailed Project Schedule: -

1. LOA (letter of Award)/ Contract Agreement
2. BOQ.
3. Project Specifications
4. Scope of works
5. Drawings (Full set)

Accordingly, I will send you the source file in Xer format and the PDF layout.
