I accept common audio and video formats such as MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, and MOV. If you have another format, please contact me before ordering.
2. ¿Qué idiomas transcribes?
I currently provide transcription services in Spanish. Please contact me before ordering if your recording includes another language
3. ¿Incluyes marcas de tiempo?
Basic timestamps are not included by default. Please contact me if you need timestamps so I can send you a custom offer.
4. ¿Puedes transcribir grabaciones con varios oradores?
Yes. The number of included speakers depends on the package you select. Additional speakers may require an extra charge
5. ¿Qué pasa si el audio tiene ruido?
I can work with normal background noise, but very poor audio quality may affect accuracy and delivery time. Please send a preview or contact me before ordering if the recording is difficult to hear.
