What do you need from me to start?
Your logo (or brand name), product details and images, and access to your Shopify store as a collaborator. If you're starting from zero, message me first. I'll walk you through creating your Shopify account in 10 minutes.
Do you provide the products, images, or written content?
No. You provide product details, images, and text. I add, organize, and present them professionally. If you need product descriptions written or product research done, message me and I'll quote it as an extra.
Which theme will you use?
Starter uses a premium free theme (like Dawn). Growth and Scale include customizing the theme to match your brand colors, fonts, layout, and sections. If you want a specific paid theme, you purchase it and I'll build on it.
Can you build my store in German, French, or another language?
Yes this is my specialty. I run 8 live stores in 6 languages. The Scale package includes a second language plus multi-currency. Additional languages are available as an extra.
Will my store work on mobile?
Yes. Every store is tested on mobile before delivery. Most of your customers will shop from their phones, so I treat mobile as the main version, not an afterthought.
Do you set up payments and shipping?
Growth and Scale include payment gateway connection and shipping zone setup. Note: payment provider approval (like Shopify Payments verification) is handled by the provider and depends on your business documents.
What happens after delivery?
Scale includes 7 days of post-launch support for anything related to my work. For all packages, if something I built isn't working as agreed, I fix it no charge. Ongoing monthly support is available as an extra.
