  • Bath Calibration: Formulation control for Acid Zinc (Potassium/Ammonium Chloride), Alkaline Non-Cyanide, Cyanide Copper strikes, and Acid Copper Sulfate baths.
  • Defect Resolution: Fix burning, low throwing power, pitting, peeling, and blistering on steel, brass, and die-cast substrates.
  • Passivation & Post-Treatment: Calibrate Trivalent Chromate conversions (Blue, Yellow, Black) to meet ASTM B117 salt spray targets and set de-embrittlement baking parameters.
  • Operating Parameters: Optimize current density (ASF/ASD), anode-to-cathode ratios, voltage windows, pH, temperature, and filtration turnover.
