How do I send you an invitation to access Xero?
After login > Click on your Organisation name > Settings > User > Invite a User > Enter the information which I will provide (First name, Last Name, and Email ID) > Select Advisor Tab > Continue
How do I send you an invitation to access my QuickBooks Online?
Login into your QuickBooks Online account. On the right top, click the "Gear icon (cogwheel) -> Manage Users -> Accounting Firms -> Invite". I will give you my email address & Firm name for inviting me to your QBO account.
Usually what kind of Docs/information is required to start job?
**First of all, I will require an invitation to access your Book. **Bank, CC, and Paypal statements along with all sales and purchase data. **Requirements may vary from client to client depending on the nature and workflow of the business, but in most cases above mentioned documents are required.
My bank/PayPal is connected to bookkeeping Software, Then why you need statements in pdf?
Even if your bank/PayPal is connected to Bookkeeping software, we require statements for reconciliation & Confirm the balances appropriately.
What is your time zone?
My time zone is GMT +6 but I always fix a convenient time for interaction as per the client’s requirement.
Are you available for monthly ongoing job?
Of course, I am available for the monthly ongoing jobs. Currently, I am serving clients from the UK and Australia on monthly basis.
