What happens during the call?
We'll spend our time on whatever will move you forward the most - reviewing your resume, talking through your career goals, running a mock interview, or working through a specific challenge. Let me know your focus when you order, and I'll tailor the session accordingly.
Do I need to send my resume before the call?
Yes, please send your resume (and a sample job description of the type of role you are interested in, if applicable) at least 24 hours in advance so I can prepare and make the most of our time.
Do you offer follow-up sessions?
Yes. Many clients book a second session as they act on the first round of feedback or move through a search or promotion process.
Is this confidential?
Yes, completely. Whatever you share with me (your resume, your goals, your reasons for exploring a move) stays between us. I understand that executives and senior leaders often need to explore next steps quietly. I won't share your information with anyone.
What's your cancellation/refund policy?
If you need to reschedule, just message me at least 24 hours before our call and I'm happy to find a new time. Refunds follow Fiverr's standard policy. If you're not satisfied, please reach out to me first so we can find a resolution before involving Fiverr support.
What time zone are you in, and how do we schedule?
Eastern time zone. Once you order, I'll message you with available times and we'll confirm a slot that works for you.
Why is the Grounded Clarity session audio-only?
Keeping the entry-level session audio-only lets me offer a lower price point for a single, focused topic. If you'd like video, you're welcome to upgrade to Guided Strategy or message me before ordering.
Will you write my resume for me?
No. My resume services for the relevant package include providing specific feedback on an already written resume. I will help you strengthen how you're positioning your experience and may provide wording recommendations.
