Do you write the script, or should I provide one?
I’m happy to do either. Many clients send key talking points or brand guidelines, and I turn that into a natural, engaging script. If you prefer to provide a full script, I’ll follow it closely while keeping delivery authentic.
What is my revision policy?
I will perform this Gig based on the Brief that you provide and we agree to. We will discuss any revisions needed and compare to agreed-upon Brief to determine additional cost if needed.
What is included with usage rights?
Basic packages include organic usage (your social platforms). Paid ads or extended usage rights can be added as extras—just let me know how you plan to use the content.
What is the process for sending me product for a Gig?
Once the Gig has been accepted, I will provide a shipping address. Please ensure the product arrives before the project start date, as the production date begins when product arrives.
What is your Turnaround Time?
Standard delivery is typically a few days, depending on the project scope. If you’re on a tight timeline, I do offer rush delivery when available—just message me first.
Is my Spouse available for Gigs?
Yes, he is available for an additional charge.
Can I get the raw footage?
I do not offer raw, unedited footage.
