FAQ
Do you provide voiceover?
Voiceover is provided on the "Premium" listing only. It is available on the other packages for an additional $150. Our roster includes a standard North American Male or Female young-middle age voice. If you require something more specific, send us a message!
How do I get you my product(s)?
You will be expected to pay for and ship the products you wish to film to our Vancouver, Canada location. Please note if there are DUTIES or TAXES, we kindly require you to cover these before/after shipment of your item and may request reimbursement if we have to cover them to receive your product.
Can you film multiple products in one video?
Our listing only covers one SKU per video. We will gladly film multiple colors and sizes of essentially the same product, but if there is a feature variance between products, it will need to be filmed in a separate video. If you are planning on shooting more than 3 videos, we discount 10-35% off.
Do you return products after the video has been delivered?
Yes, but only if a return shipping label is included with the products. Please note there is no guarantee your products will be returned in usable / resellable condition if they are a consumable (food/drink) or involve hard usage (construction tools, etc.)
What makes you a PRO seller?
We've created over 90+ Amazon and Shopify videos for various brands for over 6 years - generating over 8 figures of sales for our partners annually. Over 85% of our clients follow-up with additional videos within 365 days.
Do you do graphic overlays / animated logos?
Yes, but only in the Professional and Premium listings. If you require extensive effects (touch-ups on product defects, post-production color changes, more kinematic/dynamic logo animation) - please contact us ahead of time and select the Premium listing.
Do you provide full copyright/usage?
All of our videos are licensed for paid online-only channels. Basically for Amazon listings, Shopify listings, and things like Facebook or Google ads. If you require Broadcast rights or raw footage, PLEASE contact us ahead of time as it can significantly increase the cost of production.
Do you do 3D product animation/graphics?
Yes, but only if you are able to provide us a high quality .obj file of your product. The additional cost for this must be quoted to your needs and is based on your product complexity, but generally starts at $700 for 5 seconds of 3D animation.
Do you do product photography as well?
No, unfortunately we do not provide product photography. If you are sending us your product and would like a local photographer to do photography with your product as well, we can refer you to a local agency - however you will have to negotiate price and deliverables separately with them.
