Have a CSV with blank fields and a second CSV that may contain the answers? I will match your two files using one or two agreed exact-key columns, fill only blanks supported by an unambiguous reference match, and deliver an enriched CSV with a row-level change and exception report.

For $50: one source CSV and one client-supplied reference CSV, each up to 100 data rows and 10 columns. I can copy up to one new column from the reference. Delivery is three days after complete intake, with one revision.
