I will fix self hosted n8n server crashes and set up queue mode with redis

About this gig
Is your self-hosted n8n freezing, hitting out-of-memory errors, or dropping webhooks under load? Every crash costs you leads, data and revenue.
I'm a DevOps-focused n8n engineer. I move fragile single-process setups to production-grade architecture: PostgreSQL, Redis queue mode, and scalable workers on Docker.
Standard n8n installs can't handle AI agent loops, large payloads or webhook bursts. I fix memory limits, execution settings and worker concurrency so workflows stay stable.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Root-cause diagnosis of n8n crashes and OOM errors
- SQLite to PostgreSQL migration
- n8n queue mode with Redis and workers
- Docker Compose and environment tuning
- Execution data pruning and backups
- Error-workflow alerts to Slack or email
- Reverse proxy, SSL and webhook setup
- Written handover docs and rollback plan
- n8n out of memory
- n8n docker
- n8n self hosted
- fix n8n crash
Works on DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS and any VPS.
Message me your server specs and symptoms before ordering, or start with the Basic audit and place your order now.

FAQ
Can you fix my n8n server if it keeps crashing?
Yes. I check Docker logs, RAM, CPU, database size and execution settings to find the root cause of crashes and out-of-memory errors, then apply the fix. Start with the Basic audit for a fast diagnosis.
What is n8n queue mode and do I need it?
Queue mode splits n8n into a main instance, Redis broker and worker processes so heavy workflows and webhook bursts run in parallel. If you run AI agents or high-volume automations, you likely need it.
Will I lose workflows or data during migration?
No. I back up your database, credentials and workflows first, test the PostgreSQL migration, and keep a rollback plan. Downtime is kept minimal and scheduled with you.
Which hosting providers do you support?
Any Linux VPS or cloud: DigitalOcean, Hetzner, AWS, GCP, Azure, Contabo or on-prem. I work with Docker Compose, Nginx, Traefik and Caddy, plus Coolify and Portainer setups.
What access do you need and is it secure?
SSH access with a temporary sudo user, plus your docker-compose and .env files. I never store credentials, you revoke access after delivery, and I sign an NDA on request.
