What’s the difference between the packages?
Launch Promo is a 30s promo with UI animation, kinetic text and music. Product Explainer is 60s with voice-over and shows how your product works. Launch Film is 90s and mixes motion graphics with AI-generated live-action scenes.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the result?
We’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with the final product and will gladly make adjustments based on your feedback. However, if you feel the project is far from what you envisioned and revisions aren’t improving it, we offer a full refund.
I don’t have a script. Can you help?
Absolutely! Script writing is included in every package. Send your website, a product demo or a short brief, and we'll draft the story for your approval.
Do you need access to my product?
Screen recordings or a test account are enough. We rebuild key screens as clean vector UI, so they look sharp in any format.
How long does it take?
Launch Promo: about 10 days. Explainer: about 2 weeks. Launch Film: about 3 weeks. Each stage moves as soon as you approve the previous one.
Which formats do I get?
16:9 by default. Vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 versions are available as extras.
How do revisions work?
The script and style frames are approved before animation, so the direction is set early. Then you get 2 revision rounds on the video, 3 on the Launch Film.
Who owns the final video?
You do. Full commercial rights for your website, ads, socials and app stores.
