Is this an instant template download?
No. I adapt my original base calculator to your supplied costs, fee rules and example, then check the results. You receive a customized workbook and usage notes through Fiverr.
What language and currency does it use?
Traditional Chinese labels and HKD output. Purchase costs may use one other currency with your supplied conversion rate. English communication is available. No live exchange rates are supplied.
Which fees and refunds are supported?
One percentage fee on item price plus shipping charged, plus a fixed fee per order. Full-refund scenarios use your stated total net loss per refund. Partial refunds, tiered fees and different fee bases are outside this package.
Does it show my actual net income?
It calculates scenarios from your inputs. Income tax is excluded. Missing costs prevent results. Refund rates are assumptions unless you provide observations. Results are not sales forecasts or guaranteed earnings.
What application do I need?
An application that opens and calculates XLSX formulas. An Excel subscription is not included. Google Sheets import and specific desktop Excel versions have not been separately tested. Ask before ordering if you need a specific version.
How are AI tools used?
AI assists preparation, explanations and checks; the workbook is tailored to your requirements. Share only anonymized totals you are authorized to provide, never personal records or credentials. A no-AI workflow is outside this offer.
