I will deliver precise and wholly confidential transcription of your medical reports, soap notes, consultations, operative reports, etc. as word.  Im working as a QA and having experience of over 8 years in the field and Im proficient with terminologies. 

I am fully aware of HIPAA and AAMT guidelines.  I have experience in audio transcribing heavily accented dictations/audio and if that is the case, then I would prefer some samples.  All my transcription service includes proofreading, grammar and spell check, and gender check.

I have worked on American English, British English, Australian English, Indian English, Irish, and a lot of others, so I can provide transcription services for all types of accent.

Time-stamps, bad/poor audio, multiple dictations/reports or ANY other special requirements may cost extra.  The reports will be delivered promptly within the TAT and in exactly as requested format.
