I will build a custom mcp server for your backend apis

About this gig
I turn your existing backend APIs or product into a custom MCP server so an AI agent can call them directly. This isn't a tutorial project for me I built and published an MCP server (3 resources, 6 tools) as a real PyPI package, then wired it into a company's internal AI agent portal to power a production chatbot.
How it works: you already have a backend, API, or product running somewhere. I build a separate MCP server that sits in front of it calling your existing endpoints and exposes them as clean, well-defined tools an AI agent can use. Your codebase doesn't need to change at all.
What you get:
- An MCP server that wraps your chosen API endpoints as MCP tools/resources
- Clean tool definitions so the AI agent calls the right endpoint with the right data
- Local testing so you can confirm it works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or your own agent
- Optional packaging as an installable PyPI package
Good fit if: you have a live API or product (internal tool, SaaS, dashboard, whatever) and want an AI agent to be able to use it, without touching your existing code. If you'd rather have MCP support built directly into your backend codebase instead of wrapping it externally, see my other MC

FAQ
Does this touch my existing codebase?
No - this MCP server runs separately and calls your existing API endpoints, the same way any external client would. Your product's code stays untouched.
What is an MCP server, exactly?
It's a standard way to give an AI model (like Claude) access to your APIs or data so it can take real actions, not just chat. I build the server side of that connection.
Can this connect to my company's internal or authenticated APIs?
Yes, as long as I have API access or docs for the endpoints involved. We can discuss access and any auth requirements before starting.
